Amazon Data Privacy
Nexabridge Consultancy Private Limited (brands FINEMOE and QUALIFT) sells on Amazon.in. We use Amazon's Selling Partner API only in our own private software, for our own seller account. This page explains how we handle the information we receive from Amazon ("Amazon Information").
What we use
Our own orders, stock, shipments, prices, fees, reimbursements and reports, to run our business: restocking, pricing, shipments to Amazon and checking Amazon's fees. From orders we keep only the ship-to city and PIN code, never the buyer's name, street address, phone number or e-mail. Buyer details in Amazon's GST tax reports (such as a business buyer's GSTIN) are used only to file our own GST returns.
What we do not do
We do not sell Amazon Information. We do not use buyer data for marketing, we do not contact buyers outside Amazon, and we do not combine buyer data with other data.
Who can see it
Only our own staff, each with a personal login and only the pages their role needs. Buyer tax data: only the owner, and our chartered accountant for filing our GST returns. Our server is hosted by Amazon Web Services in Mumbai. Our owner uses an AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude) through our own private connection to read our business data, such as sales, stock and fees; it never receives buyer personal data. No one else receives Amazon Information.
How we protect it
- Every connection uses HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or newer.
- Our database can be reached only from our own server, with a password. Server access is by key only.
- Passwords and keys are never stored in our code. Sign-ins, changes and every request are logged.
- Our software and server are scanned for security weaknesses every month. Weaknesses are fixed on a schedule: critical ones within 7 days, high ones within 30 days.
How long we keep it
Buyer personal data is kept no longer than 30 days after delivery. The one exception is a record that Indian tax law requires us to keep: it is stored securely and used only for that purpose. All Amazon Information is deleted within 30 days if Amazon asks, if our access to Amazon's data ends, or if we stop using it.
Security incidents
If we suspect that Amazon Information has been exposed, we act at once to contain it, and we inform Amazon (security@amazon.com) within 24 hours.
